In an age of instant communications where global leaders can connect with their constituencies from wherever there is an internet connection, AGBU President Berge Setrakian has resisted the virtual approach in favor of connecting in person with members of the vast network of AGBU districts, chapters and offices. These interactions have been captured over the past 20 years through photographic images that give us a glimpse into the special relationships Mr. Setrakian has cultivated with diverse Armenian communities, each with its own cultural influences, histories, perspectives, and areas of greatest need.
On February 22, 2022 the AGBU Central Board released a global statement of gratitude to President Setrakian. To accompany this, AGBU Magazine released this small sample of his tireless itinerary through his storied tenure as the seventh president of AGBU.
