The AGBU Lebanon young professionals are hosting a workshop on Saturday, April 20, for the different youth members in different AGBU Committees. Dr. Rima Chaar will be targetting topics such as self awareness, social awareness, relationship management, how to motivate oneself/others and the importance of empathy.
We will be having cases, scientifically how IQ and EQ are different, how the brain functions, and talk about what foods boost the brain power to live longer and better.
